Our aim is for you to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with fine food,
wonderful wines and excellent service. We
create imaginative menus serving the best local produce,
complemented by excellent local, national and international wines.
Hotel d’Urville’s signature restaurant
has been awarded the Hallmark of Excellence Award
for culinary achievement in Beef & Lamb for the
last four consecutive years. Executive chef Maree Connolly,
herself a New Zealand Beef and Lamb ambassador, is very
proud of this achievement as it recognizes the high
standards of professionalism she aspires to.
Set menus can be arranged for groups according to their specific requirements.
